Privacy at Soccer Track

Soccer Track is a private workspace for coaches. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who can access it.

What we collect

A coach account uses an email address, display name, and account security information. Team records may include team names, age groups, players, jersey numbers, positions, training plans, practice attendance, coaching notes, player ratings, game rosters, lineups, goals, assists, shots, substitutions, played time, and post-match reviews.

Information we do not request

Soccer Track does not request dates of birth, medical information, home addresses, player photos, parent accounts, or public player profiles.

How we use information

We use account and team information to provide team management, training, practice logging, game tracking, season statistics, security, and support.

Traffic and abuse prevention

To understand usage and investigate automated traffic, we may record the requested path, request time, user-agent, referrer path, and a random visitor identifier. IP addresses are converted to a salted one-way hash before storage and are not displayed in the admin dashboard. These signals are used for security and service operations, not to make automated account decisions.

Who can see team data

Team, practice, game, and player data is private by default. Access is limited to your account and the teams you are authorized to access. We do not publish team or player profiles publicly. Archived players remain available when needed to preserve historical records.

Questions or requests

For privacy questions or requests to review or remove account data, contact the Soccer Track support address listed on the support page.
